Another amazing collaborator is Lorna Devlin, who owns Pin up Beauty in Leeds City Centre. I personally have been a client there for over 7 years and will never move to another salon. As a Doctor I have worked all over the UK and would commute back to Leeds just to see Lorna because I would not trust anyone else. The Key word in any customer experience is trust, and Lorna has a bucket load. She is a very experienced therapist with multiple awards from across Yorkshire and UK wide. She is renowned as a specialist and her knowledge and experience in the beauty industry cannot be beaten. Her experience has even supported me when starting my own business in aesthetics and i am so proud to call her a collaborator as well as a good friend.
