I was a 2020 bride and unfortunately my wedding was delayed until 2021. Covid was something none of us predicted. I was incredibly stressed in the build up to my wedding and to have to cancel and then rebook was heart breaking. On my second attempt in 2021 almost everything went to plan. my brother managed to lose his passport 3 weeks before the wedding and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes a week before my big day, needing major SOS skincare to get everything under control. The day was still absolutely amazing and I would not have changed anything. However……

The truth is that weddings never go to plan, and sometimes things happen completely out of your control. However, one thing you can control is how you feel. Eating healthily, sleeping well, staying hydrated, and making sure your skin is healthy and glowing for your special day are all within your grasp. We all want to feel special and radiant on our wedding day, and even with all the make up and photographer magic in the world, if the canvas is not in the best shape, there is only so much you can do to hide it. So now is your time to invest and give yourself the skin you dream of.

At your first consultation at Blackabey's, we assess your skin and strategize how we are going to address those concerns before your special day. We use a cocktail of different homecare skin treatments and in-clinic procedures in order to make sure we achieve your glowing skin ready for your big day. Ideally we would love to see you at least 6 months before your wedding day so that we have plenty of time to get everything right all the way up to the special day and give your skin the TLC it deserves. However, within reason, we can also adapt and develop treatment plans for shorter time periods such as 3 months or even 4 weeks. Of course, the shorter the time we have the less opportunities are available but we will try and help in any way we can.

Our wedding treatment plans are welcome to all other members of the wedding party. We are more than happy to support the bride, groom, mother/father of the bride/groom and also any bridesmaids! going ahead with a wedding treatment plan not only gives you peace of mind that a professional is looking after your skin health, but also you can rest assured that Blackabeys will prioritise your care.
